A 5‑minute guided pause to meet the you beneath titles, roles, and all those other worldly-ass things.
Theme: Identity — knowing and loving yourself beyond labels
You’ll need: A quiet-ish spot, your breath, optional journal or notes app
Rest & Reset
- Posture: Sit comfortably. Let your shoulders drop; soften your jaw.
- Breath: Inhale for 4, hold for 2, exhale for 6 — repeat 4 rounds.
- Let Go: Silently say: “For the next five minutes, I set down my roles, my to‑dos, and my titles.” Visualize placing them on a shelf.
Rest your mind. Rest your effort. Rest your need to be anything but here.
Reclaim — Who am I without the labels?
Ask yourself:
- When no one needs me, who am I?
- What qualities feel most like me?
- What do I bring into a room that money or status can’t? Let one word or phrase surface. Don’t edit. Don't overthink it. Note it down if you like.
This is your essence — reclaim it with honesty and warmth.
Reclaim — Mirror Inward
Place a hand on your heart.
Remind yourself:
- “I am worthy because I exist.”
- “I am more than what I achieve.”
- “I belong to myself.”
Choose the line that lands. Repeat it for 3 slow breaths.
Reclaim your truth with every inhale.
Rise — The Tiniest Commitment
Complete one of these:
- “To honor who I am, today I will ____ for 5 minutes.”
- “To protect my energy, I will say no to ____.”
- “To remember myself, I will place a reminder at ____ (mirror, phone lock screen, sticky note).”
Seal it with one breath in, one longer breath out.
